Nels Larsen is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), a Member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public
Accountants (MNCPA Society), and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Nels has a degree in Economics from St. Cloud State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management
Accountant (CMA), and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
Nels has worked in both large and small accounting firms, focusing on business and individual tax returns and issues. He also
has experience in retail sales, small business management, and has spent five years working for a venture capital investment
firm, where he dealt with accounting, tax, business valuation, and mergers and acquisitions issues.
Nels is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association, which is the premier professional community dedicated to corporate
renewal and turnaround management.

Katy Korby is a staff accountant with Larsen Tax & Accounting Group, LLC. Katy is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, a designation bestowed by
Intuit, the maker of Quickbooks, upon professionals who demonstrate expertise with QuickBooks by passing a comprehensive exam administered by Intuit.
Katy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre with a performance emphasis from St. Cloud State University. She is also a licensed Realtor®, holding
her license with Keller Williams Premier Realty in Woodbury. She brings both small business owner and real estate investment experience with her to
Larsen Tax & Accounting Group.

Helen Bond is a staff accountant with Larsen Tax & Accounting Group, LLC. She has six years experience with tax return preparation and bookkeeping
for small businesses and individuals. Helen is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, a designation bestowed by Intuit, the maker of Quickbooks, upon
professionals who demonstrate expertise with QuickBooks by passing a comprehensive exam administered by Intuit.
Helen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts and is currently pursuing an Associate�s of Science degree
in accounting from Ashworth College, Norcross, GA. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers and a volunteer with AccountAbility Minnesota
(AAM), a nonprofit agency dedicated to providing tax preparation and accounting services to individuals with limited resources. Besides her accounting

Tron Nguyen is a staff accountant with Larsen Tax & Accounting Group LLC. He is currently working on his Master's in Business Taxation degree (MBT)
at the Carlson School of Business, University of Minnesota.
Tron has an MBA from Metropolitan State University, a post-baccalaureate certificate from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business),
and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Augsburg College. He has volunteered through the AmeriCorps program, as well as having served
three seasons with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.
